Tray Dryer Working Principle –
The Moisture content of product removed by passing hot air over which under controlled condition.
The Abster Equipment is leading manufacturer of Batch Tray dryer for Food, Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industry applications. We are differs from other because, we focus more on System Efficiency and Performance Quality. The uniform distribution of hot air is well designed and calculated by experts and validated. The batch dryer operates by providing hot air through tray which are each variable in depth. New product introduces in chamber in tray and dried it for short period of time.
The temperature and humidity inside chamber is controlled with the help of plc control. Dryer air is partially recirculated back into the heater for maximum energy efficiency and only a limited volume of air is exhausted at a high relative humidity.
